Q. What is a qualifying transaction?
A. A qualifying transaction is a transaction made using your CareCredit Card of $50 and over.
Q. How can I earn points?
A. You will earn 500 points for the first three qualifying transactions each calendar month during the promotion. When you make three qualifying transaction in a calendar month you will also earn 500 bonus points.
Q. How many points can I earn?
A. You can earn a maximum of 2,000 points per calendar month (6,000 total points can be earned during the promotion):

• 500 points for the first three qualifying transaction each month.
• 500 bonus points when you make three qualifying transactions in a calendar month.
Q. How much are my points worth?
A. 500 points is equal to a $5 value.
Q. How do I know how many points I have?
A. Each week you will receive an email which details the points you earned the previous week and your total point balance. Make sure to add CareCredit@livewellandearn.com to your address book so you don’t miss out on updates.
Q. How do I redeem my points?
A. You can your redeem your points at www.livewellandearn.com. After logging in with the email address and zip code associated with your CareCredit account, you can choose to apply your points to either a CareCredit statement credit or a gift card from one of several popular retailers. All points earned through this program will be applied to a single reward selection.
